Journal #obsessed
Apparently I’m a journaling freak! And that’s a good thing. Join me as I get that freak on with bells on! When Drawn from Valor asked me to take part in “Do It For Yourself December” and share something that I do for self-care and joy, I knew exactly what I’d talk about. Blam! #DIFY
In this video, I’m sharing my jounaling spaces, techniques, fave tools, AND I’ll show you around some free swipe files you can print and use at home (or wherever you journal).

But, for real – I love to throw the contents of my brain onto the page where every thought is safe, sacred, and unedited. Journaling is the OG #nofilter playground for the imagination. As a writer, artist, and human with a lot to think about, I doodle, type, chart, map, plot, plan, and put pen to paper. Sometimes I even use dictation, if I need to be hands-free! There’s no right or wrong way to get those ideas out! I hope you enjoy the video, and get some use out of these free JPGS! And be sure to follow @drawnfromvalor on social or visit drawnfromvalor.org for more free self-care content on the regular! <3, AMV
